We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management and capable of supporting day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
- Maintain employee personal files and ensure proper documentation practices
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support employee engagement activities and company events
- Assist with attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Handle employee medical insurance additions, deletions, and claims coordination
- Assist in exit formalities including clearance process and final documentation
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- Professional qualification in HR (e.g., PQHRM, CIPM, CHRM) will be an added advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or Administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
