Strategic Liaison Executive for CEO
The Strategic Liaison Executive for the CEO is a multilingual personal assistant role requiring strong skills in financial and data analysis, professional communication, and high-level administrative support. The position demands confidentiality, attention to detail, guest care, and operational discipline while assisting the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
· Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
· Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
· Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
· Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Financial & Data Analysis
· Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
· Maintain confidential financial records and assist in budget tracking.
· Interpret business and operational data using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
3. Communication & Documentation
· Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and business documents.
· Translate and prepare letters, reports, and official communications in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
· Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written and verbal communications.
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
4. Confidential & Strategic Support
· Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
· Assist the CEO with research, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
· Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the CEO to ensure smooth operations.
· Support project management tasks and business development activities as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive / Analyst).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong background in financial analysis and data analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
