We are seeking suitable candidates to drive efficient administrative operations at our estate offices located in the Nawalapitiya and Kahawatte Regions. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of office functions, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing effective administrative support to estate management. The role serves as the operational backbone of the estate office by enhancing productivity, strengthening governance, and supporting effective cost control initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Finance/ Management or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in administration in the plantation sector exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP & MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with labour laws and estate operations is preferred
