Business / Project Analyst

This is a key strategic position responsible for driving business insights, supporting executive decision-making, and overseeing high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead business analysis and performance evaluation across key functions
• Oversee and monitor critical organizational projects from initiation to completion
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
• Identify business opportunities, efficiency improvements, and risk areas
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field with part qualifications in CIMA or CA
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, and Project Evaluation
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in handling senior stakeholders and executive reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI / data visualization tools preferred
• Experience in the Plantation sector will be considered a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
