Head of Sales

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, target driven and result oriented Sales Head to join our team to head the Colombo and regional sales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

· A people’s person with a proven track of handling a larger sales team is a must.

· A degree holder in Business Management or CIM qualified.

· Experience in working in Fintech companies is a definite plus.

· Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills (Both English and Sinhala).

· A target driven and organized individual with the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Age below 40years, open to both Male/Female.
