Our company was born from a passion to build a seamless digital platform using world-class technologies and has experienced massive growth over the past 12 months.

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist with advanced technical skills to be a part of a new and exciting venture.

A Vendor Onboarding Specialist is expected to assist with getting sellers familiarised with the tools.com platform, setup accounts, provide assistance with gathering, formatting and listing product data, develop internal help documentation, offer platform training sessions and contribute to a team environment.

In a nutshell what you need to demonstrate:

• Advanced IT knowledge and MS office skills is a must

• University/college degree in a relevant field is ideal

• Prior experience in a customer service or tech role will be an advantage

• Great administration skills

• Excellent written and verbal English Language skills – you will need to schedule calls and follow ups with vendor contact points

• Ability to multitask, think outside the box and solve complex data problems

• Great organizational and time management abilities.

• You will need to be persistent without being annoying and always deliver a great experience and outcome to vendors

Job responsibilities will include:

• Liaise directly with vendors and help onboard them

• Gathering vendor details and setting up accounts

• Extract, gather and format product data to present it in a meaningful and engaging way

• Assist with producing clear and concise help desk documentation

• Provide recommendations and solutions to solve technical issues

• Maintain best practice when listing product inventory

• Learn and understand existing softwares and systems utilised

• Launch accounts and conduct scheduled training sessions

• Maximizes software systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations for improvements.

Please note work hours will be in Melbourne/Sydney time (4.30 am - 12.30 pm SL time)
