CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls with a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
Attend to all walk-in customer queries and transactions
Update daily complaints in the ZOHO support Ticket system
Ensure that the customer complaint is closed looped and resolution is given to all customer complaints
Update new leads into the ZOHO CRM system
Handle the General line of payable solution in queries and requests
Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E (Advanced Level)
- Male Candidates
- Excellent Communication Skills & Customer service mindset and a team player attitude
- Previous customer experience valued
- Language proficiency is a Must - English, Sinhala and Tamil
- Should be willing to work on rostered shifts, 6 days a week, including 1 of the day of the weekend.
- Basic IT skills, knowledge over digital media and mobile apps
