Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of multi-industry recruitment experience and a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening and placing candidates across various domains. This role requires excellent client and candidate handling skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

@ Source, screen and interview candidates using various online platforms, social media channels and personal network

@ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings

@ Conduct reference checks and background verification as required

@ Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process

@ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

@ Utilize candidate databases and other resources to identify top talent in the market

@ Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of clients and candidates

@ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job placements

Requirements:

@ 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multi-industry environment with strong exposure to PAN India IT Recruitment

@ Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles and industries

@ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

@ Excellent time management and organizational abilities, coupled with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

@ Proficiency in using candidate databases and other recruitment tools

@ Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player when necessary

@ Access to own candidate databases in India is MANDATORY

Preferred Qualifications:

@ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / English

@ Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources Management is a plus

@ Experience working as a freelance recruiter or in a remote recruitment role is highly desirable
