We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager for audio visual systems. As an Account Manager at Anscom Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify sales opportunities, develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, technical knowledge of AV solutions, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilites:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the audio-visual industry.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including conducting cold calls, attending industry events, and leveraging existing networks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized AV solutions that address client needs and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback to management.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on audio visual solutions or related technology products/services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
