As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have high level of professional approach, accuracy, quality and clarity on all in-bound, out-bound calls.
  • Professional approach to all walk-in customer queries and transactions.
  • Attention to detail on updating relevant support Ticket systems on technical support, inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure that all customer complaint is closed-looped and resolution given within the stipulated time.
  • Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1year call center industry experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on roster/Shift basis including weekends (1 day off)
  • Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be added advantage)
  • Correct Customer Service mindset and a perfect team player attitude.
  • Basic IT skills, knowledge of digital media and mobile apps.
