Job Description:Browns Plantations is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer/Senior Officer to join our Human Resources team. We are specifically looking for qualified male candidates to fill this role, who will play a pivotal role in acquiring and retaining top talent for our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and understand staffing needs for various positions within the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified male candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to enhance our talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

*Degree/ Diploma or Equivalent qualification in Human Resources

• Minimum of 3 years' Hands-on experience in Recruitment/ Sourcing

*Excellent English/Sinhala communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Tamil Language will be added advantage.

• Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Preference will be given to the Candidates form the Colombo district
