The Role

In your role as a Customer Team Trainee, your main goal is to work together with the Customer team and Sales team.

This role is more than anything else a customer service and customer success role. It does not require coding skills but tech savviness is an advantage.

Your responsibilities include:

• Help our Customer Team build conversion tools such as chatbots and forms, using Serviceform’s own software.
• Possibly assist onboarding meetings with some of our new customers, making sure they have a smooth starting experience with our company
• Help optimise our existing customers’ results by observing and improving their current tools, and by building new conversion tools.
• Track results on an ongoing basis
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Answer customer enquiries and tackle technical questions
• Help with creating Serviceform help documentation; How to -guides and step by step instructions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
