What you will be doing

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Malaysian clients
• Serve as a local point of contact, as and when needed, understanding clients’ unique needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Build and maintain automations for continuous client engagement and nurturing
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure they are apprised on client feedback, concerns, opportunities, etc. to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Identify client cross-selling, upselling, account growth, etc.

What you will need to be considered

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing role (e.g. client relationship manager, account manager, etc)
• Marketing agency experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet client deadlines
