Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate closely with international clients to understand their needs, translate requirements, and effectively communicate product strategies.
• Conduct in-depth technical business analysis and process mapping translating complex requirements into actionable product features and specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the project lead for large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, defining clear milestones and objectives to achieve product success.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to guide product decisions and innovations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in business analysis or product management.
• Demonstrated experience in working closely with international or foreign clients, understanding diverse requirements, and managing expectations.
• Extensive experience in business analysis, including market research, requirement gathering, process mapping and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills, with previous experience leading large-scale projects or teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing cross-cultural collaborations and client relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project delivery is an added benefit.
