Position Overview:As a Client Success & Growth Specialist at Bigidy, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' journey, from the initial lead generation phase to successful onboarding, and throughout their lifecycle. Your role will encompass lead generation, nurturing prospects, converting leads into satisfied clients, and ensuring their ongoing happiness and success within our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and implement effective lead generation strategies aligned with Bigidy’s objectives and target audience. Engage with prospective clients, understand their pain points, articulate Bigidy’s value proposition, and convert leads into onboarded clients.
Client Onboarding:Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans, ensuring a smooth integration of clients into our ecosystem, setting clear expectations, and milestones for success. Act as a consultant, guiding clients through our platform's functionalities and providing training where necessary.
Client Happiness & Success:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for their success and growth. Monitor client performance metrics, gather feedback, and utilize insights to enhance their experience, drive satisfaction, and ensure long-term success.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy:Analyze client data, feedback, and market trends to drive insights and strategies for continuous improvement in lead conversion, client onboarding, and client success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and drive enhancements in our services to meet evolving client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within the digital marketing or technology industry.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert leads into successful onboarded clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize client success metrics.
