We’re on the lookout for a HubSpot Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist with HubSpot expertise, you will provide customized consulting services to clients. You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing client requirements, executing marketing automation, inbound strategies, and implementation within the HubSpot platform.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Mastery: Utilize your extensive knowledge of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub to develop and execute strategic plans for clients.
  • Client Relation:
    • Serve as the client's primary point of contact to ensure the successful implementation of HubSpot.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the client by working with them as a trusted advisor.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure HubSpot settings and customize workflows to align with our business processes and objectives.
  • Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot.
  • Automation: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales sequences to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HubSpot reports to measure the performance of marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives.
  • Integration: Collaborate with developers and other teams to integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems used by the company.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members using HubSpot, ensuring they maximize its capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our HubSpot strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in the HubSpot space.
  • Proficient knowledge & experience using HubSpot.
  • Marketing Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and tactics.
  • Ability to apply marketing knowledge to HubSpot configurations and campaigns
  • HubSpot Certifications - Sales, Marketing, Service, Operation and CMS Hubs
  • Previous experience working on digital marketing strategies, channels, tactics, and projects
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate the rationale behind your work to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead client conversations.
  • Experience providing consulting services to clients across industries and domains.
  • Excellent time management skills.
