What will you be doing?
- Create and implement innovative and effective performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Optimize campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization efforts to enhance campaign performance
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and client behavior
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are integrated into all aspects
What will you need to be considered?
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
