What will you be doing?

• Create and implement innovative and effective performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Optimize campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization efforts to enhance campaign performance
• Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and client behavior
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are integrated into all aspects

What will you need to be considered?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
