Your Role

• Develop and deliver intuitive, high-quality designs and interfaces that enhance user experience while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Create conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes , and user flows to communicate design ideas to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, software engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain design quality throughout development.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry trends.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing design assets and specifications.
• Identify problems and design solutions based on user needs, business objectives and technical constraints for products developed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance user experience.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI design role or similar. prototyping and user testing in business environments.
• A portfolio showcasing company projects, demonstrating design skills and experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing and user friendly designs.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex user requirements to multiple audiences of varying backgrounds effectively.
• Detail-oriented, enjoys solving design challenges and excels at working with cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life.

Tools

• Expert proficiency in UI/UX design tools (E.g., Figma, AdobeXD).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express).
• Knowledge of prototyping and user-testing tools is beneficial.
