A relatively young and upcoming organization with HQ based in Melbourne Australia and a development center in Colombo, The organization has been on a significant growth trajectory backed by recent funding and an array of large scale ASX & NASDAQ listed client projects.
Objectives of this Role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and other systems, especially Dataverse, using Azure Integration Services (like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management).
- Implement dual write integrations for real-time data synchronization between D365 F&O and Dataverse.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their business processes and integration requirements.
- Develop custom APIs and interfaces to facilitate seamless data exchange across various platforms.
- Ensure secure data transfer by implementing appropriate authentication, encryption, and data storage practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure and D365 F&O updates, features, and best practices, and advise on their application in current integrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance for integration-related issues and queries.
- Document all integration processes and maintain a clear record of changes and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development, with significant experience in Azure Integration Services.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, Dataverse, and dual write capabilities.
- Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and API Management.
- Experience with common data service (CDS) and OData protocols.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and lifecycle services (LCS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Azure and Dynamics 365 technologies are preferred.
