Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the teams, including marketing and content creation, to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, sketches, and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.
- Create visually stunning and cohesive designs.
- Assist in the development and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Explore and experiment with different styles, colours, and typography to maintain a fresh and modern brand image.
- Keep alongside of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of design deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, and typography.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver imaginative solutions that align with project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and handle feedback constructively.
