Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the teams, including marketing and content creation, to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, sketches, and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.
• Create visually stunning and cohesive designs.
• Assist in the development and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Explore and experiment with different styles, colours, and typography to maintain a fresh and modern brand image.
• Keep alongside of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of design deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver imaginative solutions that align with project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and handle feedback constructively.
