Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager to bring in new business opportunities for our marketing and tech services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven experience in achieving targets, and a network within the advertising, marketing, or tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and connect with potential clients in need of social media marketing, branding, web development, and software solutions.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development & Pitching: Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, websites, mobile apps, and software development.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals effectively.
  • Experience working with UK-based clients is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or advertising environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong network in the advertising, marketing, or tech industry is an advantage.
