As our Scrum master, your role would be:

• Create a positive working environment, encourage teamwork and empower the team for success
• Managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items collabaratively with internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping members to make improvements
• Ensuring the deliverables match the expected outcomes and quality
• Removing impediments that prevent the team from completing the work
• Managing and maintaining the backlog and change logs
• Create and manage help documentation

To help you succeed in the role:

• You tell us what you need?
• Confident communicator
• Fluent English skills, spoken and written
• 2+ years of experience.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• A desire to share your knowledge and expertise through documentation, mentorship, and discussions.
• A beginner's mindset to constantly learn and experiment with new things
