Job role
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal and external marketing efforts such as brand-building activities for Swivel Group/Tech businesses. Key responsibilities are managing corporate communications, employer brand building, managing social media presence effectively for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies for business aligned with overall business strategy.
- Understand the prevailing trends, anticipate market changes and advise Leadership team in terms of Digital Marketing Strategies.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to engage and grow the audience.
- Coordinate with relevant parties and manage Company websites and landing pages effectively to improve reach.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Report monthly stats on Digital Marketing platforms to Leadership Team and support timely decision making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in delivering digital marketing content
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to digital marketing team.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including online advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
