As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of study abroad consultants, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the student counsellors team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee client consultations, ensuring that consultants are offering expert advice, tailoring recommendations to each student's unique needs, and delivering a personalized service.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and study abroad destinations.
- Monitor and assess team performance, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and university admissions requirements.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
- Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and client satisfaction.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management field.
- Proven experience & knowledge in the field of study abroad and Australian international education sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa processes.
