THE JOB

• Deliver engaging lectures and assess students’ knowledge and academic performance.
• Guide students in completing assignments, coursework, and projects.
• Create a positive, interactive, and effective learning environment.
• Prepare lecture materials, course content, and assessments.
• Develop examination papers and marking schemes.
• Evaluate assignments and examinations, ensuring accurate and timely grading.

THE PERSON

• First Class or Second Class Upper Division Honours Degree in Business Management from a recognised university.
• A Master’s Degree from a recognised university will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and ability to conduct lectures in Business Law.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends is mandatory.
