• Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Group HR strategy and business strategy.
• Lead, direct, monitor, and control overall HR functions, including recruitment and selection, HR management systems, people development, industrial relations, employee engagement, personnel administration, and employee data management.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth HR operations. Monitor HR work plans, documents, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Lead and develop direct subordinates to strengthen their competencies and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, CBA, OHS, Energy, Quality, and Environment requirements, while maintaining a conducive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management, labor regulations, employee and industrial relations, HR management systems, standardization procedures and policies, and company management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, and project management skills. Able to lead and influence others, drive collaboration, develop team competencies, and effectively manage HR-related matters.
