We’re looking for:

• Age between 26–40 years.
• NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification in Millwright, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressed-air equipment, and hoists/lifts.
• Previous experience in maintaining automotive workshop equipment will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using appropriate tools and measuring equipment.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to branch locations for maintenance and breakdown support as required.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems of workshop equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safe operation.
• Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs and component replacements.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime.
• Follow manufacturer recommendations, safety requirements, and company maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

As a Maintenance Technician at Toyota Lanka, you will be responsible for facility and equipment maintenance, including plumbing, masonry, A/C, electrical systems, vehicle hoists, and workshop equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
