Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time (2 Year Contract)
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Colombo, Sri Lanka)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Experience: 12+ years program/project leadership in enterprise technology or data transformation.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum 10/10 proficiency)
• Travel: The role requires occasional overseas travel, with individual assignments of up to two weeks, depending on project requirements.

Role Overview

Own program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial control, risks/dependencies and successful transition from Discovery into implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize the delivery team and confirm allocations, responsibilities and backups.
• Own program plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, decisions and executive reporting.
• Manage client governance forums, Steering Committee preparation and escalation.
• Control scope, assumptions, change requests and commercial impacts.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, governance, security, business analysis and partner workstreams.
• Track parallel-program dependencies and access/data blockers.
• Leads fortnightly financial tracking (actual versus budget, earned value analysis, forecast to completion) circulated to the Steering Committee.
• Signs off on sprint review artefacts and stabilization reports post-go-live
• Ensure Discovery produces decisions and build-ready outputs rather than workshop notes.
• Own handover, knowledge-transfer and program closure planning.
• Adhere to our Master Data Management Delivery Framework.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• 12+ years program/project leadership in enterprise technology or data transformation.
• Experience in delivering at least 1 complex, multi-region data transformation program within the last 5 years.
• Experience leading multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Strong RAID, dependency, change and commercial management.
• Governance forum design and facilitation
• Ability to operate with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong written communication and governance discipline.

• International/multi-region delivery.
• Vendor/partner management.
