Job Description:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP quality control/QA-QC, preferably in hospital/healthcare fit-out projects. • Expertise in any of these projects: Healthcare/Hospital, Commercial projects, Industrial projects or Mixed-use projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services. • Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality requirements. • Conduct material inspections, installation inspections, testing, and commissioning checks. • Review method statements, ITPs, checklists, shop drawings, and material submittals. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site teams, and MEP engineersfor quality-related issues. • Identify and close NCRs, observations, snags, and quality issues. • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and QA/QC documentation. • Ensure proper MEP testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover documentation. • Hospital/healthcare project experience and knowledge of relevant MEP codes and standardspreferred.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineeringfrom a recognized university. • QA/QC or relevant MEP quality certification will be an added advantage

Additional Information:

• Location: Malad, Maharashtra • 5 days WFO • Interview Process- 2 to 3 Rounds (Final round will be F2F)

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mech or BE Mech), Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil), Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EEE or BE EEE)
