Job Description:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP fit-out execution, preferably in hospitals/healthcare projects. • Expertise in any of these projects: Healthcare/Hospital, Commercial projects, Industrial projects or Mixed-use projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services. • Experience managing MEP works from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution. • Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals. • Monitor project progress against Master Plans and Look-Ahead Plans and highlight delays. • Ensure proper MEP coordination with civil/interior fit-out works and resolve site issues. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and MIS. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, specifications, and approved drawings. • Hands-on experience in MEP testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover, preferably for hospital projects.

Additional Information:

• Location: Malad, Maharashtra • 5 days WFO • Interview Process: 2 to 3 Rounds (Final round will be F2F)

Required Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mech or BE Mech),Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EEE or BE EEE)
