We’re looking for someone who works naturally with AI, someone who instinctively explores how AI and automation can solve problems, reduce manual work, and build better processes. You should already use AI tools confidently, learn new ones independently, and be eager to apply them throughout your work.

At Atlas Labs, you’ll help bring technology products to life by connecting suppliers, manufacturers, and delivery destinations across countries. Much of your work will involve sourcing from China through Alibaba, AliExpress, and direct supplier relationships, coordinating the steps that turn individual purchases and manufactured components into products ready for delivery.

You’ll follow the whole journey. That could mean finding a component, working with a supplier to have it manufactured, arranging its transfer to another supplier for assembly or packaging, and coordinating shipment to Sri Lanka or directly to the United States. You’ll need to understand how these steps connect, what each supplier needs, and how a delay or change in one place affects everything that follows.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, thinks logically, and uses technology confidently. You’ll learn the practical details of procurement while helping us develop clearer, more reliable ways of managing the work.

Your Role

• Source internationally: research products and suppliers on Alibaba, AliExpress, and through direct enquiries; compare specifications, prices, minimum order quantities, production timelines, and delivery options.
• Coordinate suppliers and manufacturing: communicate requirements clearly, follow up on samples and production progress, and check that suppliers are working to agreed specifications and timelines.
• Connect the stages of an order: coordinate transfers between suppliers for further manufacturing, assembly, consolidation, or packaging, keeping track of what needs to move, where it needs to go, and what must happen next.
• Coordinate international shipments: organise deliveries to Sri Lanka and the United States, working with suppliers and shipping partners to track shipments, maintain documentation, and resolve issues.
• Keep purchasing and inventory accurate: maintain order, supplier, cost, and stock records, and support receiving, inspection, storage, stock counts, and dispatch when goods arrive locally.
• Build better ways of working: develop trackers and workflows that make order status, dependencies, costs, and delays visible. Use spreadsheets, digital tools, AI, and appropriate automation to reduce repetitive work and prevent avoidable mistakes.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Undergraduate Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required;
• One (1) year of experience in a similar operations, logistics, or inventory support role is preferred, though a motivated graduate will also be considered;
• AI Native
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (including Sheets, Docs, and Slides), with a strong grasp of Google Sheets formulas and advanced data manipulation required for inventory reporting;
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be physically capable of performing routine tasks necessary for the organization and movement of inventory within the warehouse.
