Plan, monitor, control, and develop IP & Pelletizing production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, productivity, and continuous improvement. Supervise production execution, coach and develop leaders, evaluate team performance, solve production issues, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and ensure compliance with company regulations, OHS, energy, quality, and environmental management systems.
