THE JOB
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and assessments for English modules.
- Coordinate timetables, classes, examinations, and academic activities.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Coordinate with lecturers, students, and academic management.
- Maintain academic records and prepare programme-related reports.
- Support academic events, workshops, and student activities.
THE PERSON
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of teaching/lecturing experience preferred.
- Experience in academic/programme coordination will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple academic responsibilities effectively.
- Student-focused and professional attitude.
