Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil and finishing works for commercial and office spaces.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Monitor project execution, quality, timelines, and site activities.

• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.

• Handle project documentation, reporting, and site-level issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial/office projects and finishes. Strong civil execution and site management skills. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Additional Information:

• This is a 5 days WFO role in Delhi-NCR

• There are 2 to 3 rounds in the interview process (1 F2F interview is mandatory)

Required Qualification/Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil)
