Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing teams, creating high-quality visual content that communicates our brand message and engages our audience. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of digital and print projects in a professional creative environment — an excellent opportunity to grow your design skills while contributing real, published work. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their craft while following established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Conceptualization

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives
• Develop design concepts based on creative briefs, timelines, and brand requirements

Graphic Creation

• Design digital and print materials, including social media creatives, flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, and website assets
• Support ongoing marketing and branding projects with visually engaging, on-brand designs

Brand Consistency & Templates

• Ensure all designs comply with company brand guidelines and visual standards
• Create and update design templates for recurring content to maintain consistency across platforms

Software & File Management

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create, edit, and finalize design assets
• Organize and maintain design files and assets with clear version control for easy team access

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with senior designers, the marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, completing all assigned work within deadlines and without delay

Print & Digital Production

• Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications, including resolution, colour mode, and bleed settings
• Optimize digital assets for web and social media platforms, ensuring strong performance and visual quality

Research & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output
• Conduct competitor and market research to support fresh, innovative visual strategies

Portfolio & Skill Development

• Maintain documentation of completed projects to build a professional portfolio over time
• Take initiative in developing design skills through practice, learning, and creative exploration

Additional Support

• Assist with organizing design assets, managing timelines, and supporting the wider design team as needed
• Create visual materials for company events, internal communications, presentations, and promotional activities

Skills Needed

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
2. Strong visual design sense — layout, typography, and colour theory
3. Understanding of brand guidelines and consistency across platforms
4. Time management — able to reliably meet deadlines across multiple projects
