We’re looking for:

Age between 25 – 40

• NCED or equivalent technical qualification in Draughtsmanship / Drafting Technology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong experience in preparing architectural and structural drawings for building construction projects.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ work experience, including at least 5 years in building construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial).
• Knowledge of 3D software will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills is advantageous (both verbal and written) and be able to interact with all levels of staff.
• Should be computer literate and proficient in MS Office packages.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings for renovation projects and new facility developments.
• Develop detailed drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details based on project requirements and government regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure accurate drawings.
• Revise and update drawings according to client requirements, site conditions and government regulations.
• Close supervision and monitoring the construction projects.
