We are looking for a Client Success Associate/Senior Associate to be the right hand to our Head of Client Services.

You’ll own the relationship and the numbers — supporting international clients, driving retention and digging into the data behind what's working and what's not.

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Sri Lanka-based candidates)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sri Lanka time, Monday to Friday.

Holidays: England & Wales public holidays observed.

Compensation: Paid in LKR. Based on demonstrated performance, employees will have the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions and transition to a foreign currency-based earning model.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with the Head of Vertical on account strategy and performance analysis
• Manage and grow relationships with our international client base
• Translate client needs into smart, data-backed solutions
• Own retention — spotting risks early and turning clients into long-term partners
• Direct liaising with the clients in US, UK and EU
• Strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and drive account growth through upselling opportunities

• Strong ability to create client presentations, proposals, and performance reports
