We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to help shape and execute our product roadmap. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure we're building solutions that deliver real value to our users and business.

Qualifications (what we are looking for)

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is preferred
• Prior experience presenting to stakeholders or leadership is a plus
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) is a plus

Education

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant

Responsibilities (what you will do)

• Own the product roadmap for assigned features/modules, from ideation to launch
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
• Write clear user stories, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups alongside engineering teams (Agile/Scrum)
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure feature success and inform decisions
• Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics tools to refine product direction
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and roadmaps to stakeholders
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
