Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits in accordance with accreditation and certification requirements.
• Prepare audit plans, reports, and certification documentation.
• Evaluate management systems for compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the certification process.
• Support business development initiatives and technical discussions when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, Food Science, Textile Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Recognized ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry and auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of management system standards, auditing principles, and certification requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience conducting first, second, or third-party audits.
• Strong technical knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to plan, conduct, and report audits independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Professional attitude with sound decision-making capability.
• Strong organizational and time- management skills.
