We are looking for a friendly and reliable F&B Assistant to join our team at our upcoming Arcade Independence Square branch. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to support daily café operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with basic customer concerns.

2. Food & Beverage Service

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Ensure orders are served within the required time and service standards are maintained.
• Assist the F&B team during busy periods, meetings, and events.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, service areas, and equipment.
• Follow proper food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

4. Stock & Equipment

• Assist with checking and organizing food and beverage stocks.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
• Report stock shortages, damaged equipment, or other issues to the Supervisor.

5. Team Support

• Work closely with the F&B Supervisor, kitchen, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other F&B-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends as required.
