The Community Lead supports the Community Manager in managing daily coworking operations while directly supervising the Community Associates, F&B, and Housekeeping teams.
Key Responsibilities
1.Daily Operations Management
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space by ensuring all facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of the assigned location by proactively resolving operational issues and ensuring service excellence.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling, efficient utilisation, and a seamless experience for members.
- Be willing to work across all three Likuid Spaces locations based on operational requirements.
2.Member Experience & Community Support
- Welcome new members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience by assisting with workspace orientation, access procedures, and membership-related information.
- Coordinate member offboarding by ensuring all company procedures are completed, including access removal, workspace clearance, and asset returns where applicable.
- Build positive relationships with members and provide timely support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
3.Community Engagement & Events
- Organise and coordinate community events, networking sessions, workshops, and member engagement activities that strengthen the coworking community.
- Coordinate sourcing and procurement of materials, refreshments, decorations, and other items required for community events while ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
4.Team Coordination
- Supervise Community Associates, F&B Attendants, and Housekeeping staff during daily operations.
- Allocate daily responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
- Support the Community Manager in maintaining an efficient and collaborative work environment.
5.Facility Coordination & Administration
- Apply for gate passes and coordinate visitor or contractor access with building management when required.
- Coordinate with building management and internal departments to ensure operational issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for operational requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Assist with sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations for operational purchases when required.
6. Mail & Member Services
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services for members and the company.
- Ensure parcels, letters, and deliveries are received, recorded, and distributed accurately and promptly.
7. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, monthly reports, occupancy reports, and other administrative reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain operational records, monitor occupancy levels, and report any issues requiring management attention.
- Support the Community Manager with documentation and administrative duties.
Essential Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, front office operations, cutomer service or coworking environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate different operational teams.
- Ability to create positive interactions with members.
- Understanding of service excellence and guest experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed.
