Associate Director – Technical Delivery (Software Delivery) Galle, Sri Lanka | Onsite (Office based)

As we scale our delivery organisation, we're looking for a senior leader to own and grow how we manage large, complex software delivery programmes for our global customer base.

Profile Required

We are looking for a strong Associate Director profile — someone who has grown from a technical or delivery background into a broader leadership role, and is now more focused on managing people, programmes, and stakeholder relationships than on hands-on execution:

• 12+ years' experience in Project / Programme Management, with a track record of progression into leadership
• Strong technical background (software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery) that informs credible, hands-on leadership
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software programmes end-to-end
• Strong customer-facing capability, ideally with international clients
• Experience gained working with US and/or European organisations
• Proven people management experience — building, leading, and developing delivery teams
• Proven ability managing multi-million-dollar programmes
• Experience running programmes typically lasting 12–24 months
• Cross-functional and cross-team leadership across engineering, delivery, and customer functions

Key Experience

• Enterprise software delivery in a product company environment
• Programme governance, reporting, and executive-level communication
• Senior stakeholder management, including C-level customer relationships
• Team leadership — direct management of PMs and/or delivery leads
• Building and scaling delivery processes and practices
• Strong coordination across engineering, product, and customer success functions
