We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join our Business Development & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building relationships, identifying business opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and driving commercial growth. An interest in technology, fintech, and digital solutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with prospective partners and customers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases, and reports.
- Support the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Finance, Product, and Compliance to deliver successful projects and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Banking, Fintech, Telecommunications, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and confidently engage with senior management and C-level executives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in modern AI productivity tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in technology, digital products, and emerging business trends.
