- Safety First: Demonstrate and champion a safety-first attitude in all business and field activities.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to discover new revenue streams. Penetrate untapped customer segments, propose new rental products, as well as new business models.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Nurture long-term partnerships with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, manufacturers, government institutions, etc., while collaborating internally with marketing and product teams.
- Presentation and Business Plan Simulation: Deliver tailored presentations that address client pain points and successfully negotiate complex, high-value contracts. Able to anticipate and build a thorough and practical revenue and cost simulation as well as implement it into the operation.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of more than 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Deep understanding and established network within the Oil & Gas sector, alongside construction and civil sectors.
- Proficient in financial simulation, contract negotiation, MS Office, and fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Domiciled in Jakarta, holds a valid driving license, and is fully able to travel to remote project sites as needed.
