Job Summary:

The Full Stack Tech Lead will lead UI/UX-driven application development while collaborating closely with backend and product teams to deliver high-quality fintech applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend engineering expertise with the ability to contribute across the full stack when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead frontend and full stack engineering initiatives across web and mobile platforms.

•Architect and implement scalable software solutions while documenting technical and architectural design decisions.

•Carry out detailed technical design activities for scalable frontend and full stack applications.

•Design and develop scalable, responsive, and secure applications.

•Drive frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and engineering best practices.

•Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

•Scope and break down user stories into clear, achievable, and well-defined technical tasks.

•Implement technical designs through coding, API integrations, reusable UI components, and full stack development activities.

•Integrate frontend systems with APIs, payment gateways, POS platforms, and backend services.

•Ensure application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and security.

•Ensure a high standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit testing, frontend analytics, and quality assurance practices.

•Ensure engineering principles, coding standards, and development processes are consistently followed.

•Familiarity with banking regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, local central bank regulations, audit requirements).

•Provide constructive feedback to team members through code reviews and architectural review sessions.

•Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance for development teams.

•Work closely with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams during project delivery.

•Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical solution discussions.

•Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD integration.

•Drive continuous improvement in frontend technologies and development standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

•5+ years of experience in frontend or full stack development.

•2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team mentoring.

•Strong expertise in:

1. React.js / Next.js / Angular
2. TypeScript and JavaScript
3. HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap
4. REST API integration
5. Python with Django Framework

•Strong understanding of frontend architecture and scalable application design.

•Experience in technical solution design and modern UI engineering practices.

•Experience with:

1. Node.js, Python or other backend technologies
2. State management libraries
3. Frontend performance optimization
4. Secure authentication and authorization flows

•Experience building enterprise-grade web or fintech applications.

•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.

•Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
