- Take full ownership of assigned product categories and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Gain a strong understanding of the company's sales objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaign calendars.

- Plan and manage marketing resources, including budget allocation and project timelines, based on business priorities.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail stores, PR, influencer collaborations, and events, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to produce engaging, brand-consistent content across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure marketing activities align with product launches and seasonal priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and business results, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably within a consumer-facing industry.
- Strong understanding of brand development, campaign planning, and multi-channel content creation.
- Passion for retail, lifestyle, fashion, or other consumer-driven industries.
- Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
