Padalarang, West Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to accelerate sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the paper and packaging industry while strengthening the company's existing market position.
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management functions to consistently achieve revenue, volume, market share, and margin targets.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers, key accounts, distributors, and business partners to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Drive product innovation and commercial excellence by aligning market needs with product development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate effective commercial strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business functions to ensure commercial objectives are aligned with operational capabilities.
- Establish sales performance metrics, pricing strategies, forecasting models, and commercial KPIs to improve organizational performance.
- Champion data-driven decision making through digitalization, CRM optimization, and commercial reporting automation.
- Develop high-performing commercial teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree (MBA) will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5–8 years in senior leadership roles (Director, General Manager, Vice President, or C-Level) within manufacturing companies, preferably in the paper, packaging, converting, printing, or related industries.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, business transformation, market expansion, and commercial excellence.
- Strong experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L), organizational restructuring, pricing strategy, and large-scale business development initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large cross-functional teams across multiple business units or geographic locations.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly slitting, winding, printing, converting, quality management systems, and social compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Digitally savvy with experience implementing commercial analytics, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and management reporting automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
