Role Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive –Direct Sales is responsible for driving merchant acquisition and device deployments while supporting team performance through peer coaching, field guidance, and operational support.
This role is designed for high-performing sales professionals who consistently deliver strong commercial results while helping improve team execution, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily merchant visits in assigned territories
• Acquire new merchants and drive product adoption
• Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
• Collect merchant documents and complete onboarding requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely application submission in Mastercore
• Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
• Support merchant deployment and activation
• Coach and support Sales Executives in field execution
• Assist Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members
• Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance

Experience Required
• 3–5 years in sales
• Strong field sales experience
