Role Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive – Alternative Channels is responsible for driving merchant acquisition through PAYable’s strategic partner ecosystem, with primary focus on bank partnerships and non-financial institutional partnerships.
This role is responsible for developing strong partner relationships, securing high-quality merchant leads ahead of competitors, converting leads into deployed merchants, and supporting channel performance across the Alternative Channels team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank partners and non-financial institutions
• Conduct regular visits to bank branches and partner locations
• Build strong relationships with branch staff and key partner stakeholders
• Generate and secure qualified merchant leads before competitors
• Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions
• Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
• Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
• Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
• Support channel growth and guide team members to improve performance.
