Role Purpose
The Sales Executive – Alternative Channels is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and activating new merchants through PAYable’s partner ecosystem, with focus on bank partnerships and non-financial institutions.
The role focuses on building relationships with partner branches, securing merchant referrals, converting leads into deployed merchants, and ensuring strong quality and collections performance throughout the merchant onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned bank branches and partner institutions regularly
• Build strong working relationships with branch staff and partner contacts
• Generate and secure qualified merchant leads before competitors
• Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions
• Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
• Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
• Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
• Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, and Deployment teams
• Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
